Everyone agrees that resource management is important, yet very few PMOs feel they have truly mastered it. During the webinar, Zoe explored the key challenges PMOs face when it comes to resource management, the different perspectives and approaches that can be used to manage it effectively, and the House of PMO Circle of Resource Management publication on which the course is based on.
